在一對一的交流中,我不只是看見父母的焦慮與擔憂,
更感受到他們真心想為孩子、為家庭帶來改變的努力。
透過了解每個家庭的現況與教養風格,
我們一起找到最適合孩子與全家人的方法,
並在過程中給予陪伴、支持與引導。

Cheryl's coaching program was very comprehensive and well thought out. We could tell that she put so much care and dedication into every email, meeting, document, and response she provided. As a coach, her personality was so supportive, caring, and empathetic for all the struggles we as parents and our baby were going through. Her demeanor led us to fully trust her and her process, and we are so glad we did! At the end of coaching, our baby had a much more predictable sleep schedule, slept longer stretches and more soundly, and much easier time falling asleep. Cheryl會先全盤了解家裡的生活習慣,睡覺時的硬體設備及環境,再量身訂製適合我們家的睡眠訓練方案,磨合的非常順利,大概兩週就看到成效了。調整的過程Cheryl也會即時給予反饋跟調整,溝通不受時差/地區影響。她也不會一直只堅信自己的理念,反而會仔細傾聽我們的需求跟習慣,現在孩子快要兩歲了,依舊保持良好的睡眠習慣,大力推薦。
